THIS BID SOLICITATION CANCELS AND SUPERSEDES PREVIOUS BID SOLICITATION NUMBER 30006201 DATED NOVEMBER 22, 2024 WITH A CLOSING OF DECEMBER 18, 2024 AT 14:00 ADT. SUBMISSIONS FOR 30006201 WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED. THIS SOLICITATION WILL REMAIN ON CANADABUYS UNTIL OCTOBER 31, 2029. Title :RFSA - British Columbia Coastwide Ecosystem Monitoring Service ON-GOING OPPORTUNITY FOR QUALIFICATION A Notice will be posted for the duration of the arrangement on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) to allow new Suppliers to become qualified. Existing qualified Suppliers, who have been issued a supply arrangement, will not be required to submit a new arrangement. Due to the resources required to evaluate the arrangements, Canada has reserved the right to conduct the evaluation of arrangements in cycles, no less than semi-annual. A Solicitation “A” will be issued after this solicitation closes to permit the ongoing qualification of firms up to 6 months prior to the contract end date. The Solicitation “A” will close October 31, 2029. SCOPE OF WORK Fisheries and Ocean Canada (DFO), Pacific Region, intends to establish a Supply Arrangement for a variety of ecosystem sampling services to be carried out throughout the coastwide of British Columbia (BC), Canada. Coastwide is defined as Offshore, Vancouver Island, Haida Gwaii and the BC mainland coast and inlets. The services are being broken down into various Categories as identified below: a. Category 1: Imagery Analysis b. Category 2: Ecosystem sampling c. Category 3: Species, Environmental variables and Habitat Analysis The proposed duration of the Supply Arrangement is five (5) years from date of issuance to March 31, 2030. The Request for Supply Arrangements (RFSA) is to establish supply arrangements for the delivery of the requirement detailed in the RFSA to the Identified Users across Canada, including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs): ? Nisga’a Final Agreement ? Tsawwassen First Nation Final Agreement ? Maa-nulth First Nations Final Agreement ? Tla’amin Nation Final Agreement The RFSA covers two (2) procurement umbrellas: a. PSIB Stream: First Nations, Tribal Councils, or First Nation-owned Businesses and all other Indigenous Businesses; b.
