Terms of Service
Last updated: September 26, 2026
3ENET is a product of DESVY, based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (“DESVY”, “we”). These terms govern your use of 3ENET. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. One person, one personal account.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give 3ENET a limited licence to host, display and distribute it on the platform according to the visibility you choose. You can delete your content and your account at any time.
3. Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, post fake opportunities, companies or procurement notices, send spam, harass people, scrape the service, or try to break its security. Our Community Guidelines apply.
4. Opportunities and procurement information
Procurement notices are sourced from public publishers such as CanadaBuys and link to the official notice. Always rely on the official source before responding to a tender. Opportunities posted by members are their responsibility; report anything suspicious.
5. Recommendations and AI
Recommendations are provided to help you and are explained on screen. When AI features are available, AI output is always labelled, may be wrong, and never acts on your behalf without your confirmation.
6. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines. You can close your account from the Control Center at any time.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, DESVY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information found on the platform.
8. Changes and governing law
We will notify you of material changes to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
9. Contact
For legal notices or questions about these terms, write to DESVY through our contact page and choose “Legal notice” as the topic.
