Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of bids is open only to Canadian suppliers. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Suits as detailed herein. The period for making call- ups against the Standing Offer is one (1) year from date of issuance of the Standing Offer, with the option to extend the Standing Offer for up to four (4) additional one (1) year option periods. Basis of selection: Mandatory Technical Criteria Only An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.
